SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY "GO.22" OF THE CCC GROUP 

In 2020, the Management Board of CCC S.A. adopted the CCC Group Sustainable Development Strategy for 2020-2022, which is the 5th pillar of the GO.22 Business Strategy. Its areas are responsible product, responsibility towards the natural environment, responsibility towards employees and towards society. The comprehensive strategy adopts various measures assuming a gradual increase in goals each year.

To increase the efficiency of our efforts, we set priorities in each of the four strategic areas in which we implement our projects and activities.

  • RESPONSIBLE PRODUCT

    RESPONSIBLE PRODUCT

    CCC raises the brand value by consciously shaping customer experience and their involvement in all sales channels. It offers safe and good quality products, manufactured with the awareness of the source of materials, with care for environmental protection and sold in a responsible manner.

    Priorities:

    • Effective management and ensuring accountability in the supply chain
    • Guarantee that safe, good-quality, responsibly manufactured and sold products are delivered to the market
    • Development of used footwear (pilot project)
     
  • RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS ENVIRONMENT

    RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS ENVIRONMENT

    CCC undertakes activities aimed at environmental efficiency. As a responsible company, it actively works to build environmental awareness among employees and the local community. CCC believes that the transferred knowledge will bear fruit in the form of pro-environmental choices and in attitudes at every level of the Group's employees' activity. CCC conducts environmentally friendly production processes, efficiently uses natural resources and cooperates with ecological institutions.

    Priorities:

    • Minimizing the impact of the activities carried out by the CCC Group on the environment: reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption and the amount of waste generated

    • Increasing energy efficiency

    • Introduction of the principles of circular economy

    • Environmentally sustainable packaging

  • RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS EMPLOYEES

    RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS EMPLOYEES

    CCC believes that the implementation of the assumptions of the CSR strategy should be started within the company. It is the employees who are the first link with which customers and the environment contact. CCC provides employees with dynamic development on the Polish and international market based on a coherent organizational culture, respect for diversity, cooperation and commitment of employees and the implementation of innovative development projects. CCC carries out initiatives in the field of employee participation and programs developing employees and their competences.

    Priorities:

    • Protection of life and health: minimizing the number of accidents

    • Implementation and promotion of the developed CCC Diversity Policy

    • Providing employees with development and equal opportunities on the Polish and international market, based on a culture of diversity and equality

    • Employees as brand and product ambassadors

     
  • RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS SOCIETY

    RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS SOCIETY

    CCC works for the benefit of local communities by involving employees and local governments, and supports the sports development of young people and professional sports teams. CCC also cooperates with entities implementing educational goals.

    Priorities:

    • Updating and promoting the new CCC Code of Ethics

    • Cooperation with UNICEF

    • Continuation of the implementation of projects supporting local communities, promotion of sports activity and the transfer of knowledge to selected partners
