We are an attractive and sought-after employer, who is guided by its core values and creates an innovative and multinational workplace. Equality and diversity

Equality and diversity

The aim of diversity management at CCC is to create a workplace where each employee feels respected and valued and where they can fully realise their potential, contributing to the Company’s success. We ensure equal access to professional development and promotion opportunities for our employees, irrespective of the colour of their skin, religion, gender, age, nationality, sexual orientation, citizenship, marital and children status, political beliefs, disability or any other legally protected status.

We are among the world’s first companies to report the Glass Ceiling Ratio (GCR), which shows whether chances of promotion for each gender are equal in an organisation. In 2020, we reported our first Gender Pay Gap Ratio (GPGR), calculated as an absolute value of the difference between women’s average earnings to men’s average earnings * 100%.

In 2021, we were recognised in the prestigious Top 25 Most Diverse & Inclusive Companies ranking, which honours listed companies that show a strong commitment to team diversity and equal employee treatment. Out of more than 11,000 companies, the CCC Group ranked 11th overall and 3rd in the fashion industry.

We are a signatory to the Diversity Charter, which aims to eliminate discriminatory practices within organisations, promote diversity and equal treatment and, first and foremost, encourage companies to engage their employees, business and social partners in corporate diversity efforts.

Occupational safety

Occupational safety

As the CCC Group, we provide a safe workplace, and our goal is to achieve zero accidents at work. The Group operates an occupational health and safety management system governed by Polish and local laws. The work environment of our head office, logistics centres and retail stores is subject to regular OHS and fire safety audits. Occupational risk assessment is carried out and updated at least once every two years, and the employees are advised about hazards and response procedures for emergencies, fire and other situations during OHS training sessions.

Employee volunteering

Our employees are happy to initiate and actively participate in volunteering projects, including the Grant Programme run since 2018.  At the CCC Group, the key goal of volunteering is to build our team around shared values. Through volunteering, CCC employees can support local communities and enhance their competencies.

Selected projects implemented under the Grant Programme:

Każdy zasługuje na buty

Everyone deserves new shoes

We provided winter footwear and cleaning products for people in the care of St. Brother Albert’s Aid Society in Wrocław.

No chalk or sponge

The pandemic has proven it is essential for schools to prepare for remote education. The goal of the project was to supply a school with graphics tablets for science and language teachers. The tablets have a stylus attached to them, enabling teachers to write and draw directly on documents. The new equipment and volunteer-based training will enable teachers to conduct online classes more efficiently and effectively should a need arise.

Healing through closeness

The project involved the purchase of beds for parents staying with their sick children at the paediatric ward of the Regional Health Care Centre in Lubin. Parents often end up with their children in hospital unexpectedly and have no time to prepare in advance. They experience anxiety, panic and stress when waiting for the first examination results and a diagnosis. It is vital they are given an opportunity to get some rest and sleep. Often the parent and the child share a bed to stay close to overcome their fear together.

Community engagement

We are proud to see our employees volunteer and engage in a broad range of community engagement projects, including:

Szlachetna paczka

Noble Gift

Our employees take part in preparing gifts for families in need during the Christmas holiday season. In the collection drive there are engaged administrative, warehouse staff and our retail network personnel.

Shoebox

We supplied women in need with cosmetic products. We supported among others Single Mother’s Homes.

Run for Joanna

Clean Odra, clean Głogów
