We are an attractive and sought-after employer, who is guided by its core values and creates an innovative and multinational workplace. Equality and diversity

Equality and diversity

The aim of diversity management at CCC is to create a workplace where each employee feels respected and valued and where they can fully realise their potential, contributing to the Company’s success. We ensure equal access to professional development and promotion opportunities for our employees, irrespective of the colour of their skin, religion, gender, age, nationality, sexual orientation, citizenship, marital and children status, political beliefs, disability or any other legally protected status.

We are among the world’s first companies to report the Glass Ceiling Ratio (GCR), which shows whether chances of promotion for each gender are equal in an organisation. In 2020, we reported our first Gender Pay Gap Ratio (GPGR), calculated as an absolute value of the difference between women’s average earnings to men’s average earnings * 100%.

Occupational safety

Occupational safety

As the CCC Group, we provide a safe workplace, and our goal is to achieve zero accidents at work. The Group operates an occupational health and safety management system governed by Polish and local laws. The work environment of our head office, logistics centres and retail stores is subject to regular OHS and fire safety audits. Occupational risk assessment is carried out and updated at least once every two years, and the employees are advised about hazards and response procedures for emergencies, fire and other situations during OHS training sessions.

T-Shirt Day

We are constantly engaging and developing our Employees.

At CCC, we work as a team—launching initiatives that expand our experience and strengthen mutual support.

T-Shirt Day

This initiative involves office employees supporting our stores during peak sales periods. It’s a unique opportunity to foster teamwork, gain a new perspective on working with our products and customers, and build stronger connections across departments.

Hand in Hand

This initiative is designed to support our warehouses during high-volume delivery periods and seasonal preparations. It allows Head Office employees to experience firsthand how our Logistics Center operates in practice.

We grow and engage

LEADER’S SCHOOL POTENTIAL.

We focus on the development of our Employees. We implement a range of development programs. Within our sales network, we run the following programs: TOP LEADER’S SCHOOL, LEADER’S SCHOOL, and LEADER’S SCHOOL POTENTIAL.

These programs are dedicated to store managers, their deputies, and sales leaders from selected stores. They focus on developing key competencies such as:

the ability to share knowledge, provide feedback, motivate employees, lead through change, plan and delegate tasks, and practice situational leadership.

Development Programs for Office Employees

Development Programs for Office Employees

The First Time Manager program is a year-long course designed for new leaders to build their competencies in managing and developing their team members. The program is divided into 7 modules, each consisting of training materials and tasks to be completed within their teams. This year, 62 participants completed the 3rd edition of the FTM program.

The Mentoring Program is dedicated to project supervisors, such as those leading SummerCamp or Design Hub.

During these workshops, each supervisor develops their knowledge in mentoring and working with new employees. At the same time, we run a development program for interns and trainees, where participants gain skills in team communication, collaboration, and receiving feedback.

Development Program for Logistics Employees

This program is intended for employees managing human resources within logistics operations—from team leaders to managers.
