We process your personal data for the purposes of sending you promotional and marketing communications, including communications on sale promotions and discounts on products or services offered by CCC S.A. and other CCC Group entities. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but not providing such data will prevent us from sending you emails on sales promotions, discounts, etc.

In the case of marketing communications, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is a legitimate interest of the controller and a third party (marketing activities of CCC S.A. and other CCC Group entities).

We may transfer your personal data to CCC Group entities and other organisations which assist us in delivering advertising and marketing campaigns (including email marketing campaigns) and which support our IT tools and systems and ensure its proper operation (including providers of software maintenance and support services and data storage services), and ICT service providers.
