CCC MOBILE APP HAS ALREADY 4 MILLION DOWNLOADS AND GOING FOR MORE

It recently celebrated its second birthday and has been downloaded over 4 million times to date. Every week, about 100,000 people download the CCC mobile application, thus gaining, from the smartphone level, access to quality products, global trends, as well as functionalities that make online shopping even easier.

The development of the mobile application is tantamount to the development of content, CCC meets the needs of users by offering them not only an attractive product offer, but also the content they want to inspire. - Nowadays, in order for users to come back to us willingly, we have to give them more than products at attractive prices. From March, each user in the mobile application will also find a new version of the CCC Club, where he can take advantage of special benefits and additional discounts with partners, as well as - find a lot of inspiration. Thanks to interviews with Karla Gruszecka or Kuba Karas from The Dumplings, the application is not only a tool with which you can buy new shoes, but also a meeting place with fashion.

 


Norbert Mazur, acting as the Mobile App Performance Manager, emphasizes - The CCC mobile application is synonymous with loyalty for us, because we observe the largest number of returning customers to this channel. Interestingly, the "mobile first" trend has been clearly visible for several seasons now, and sales in the application exceed that of the mobile version of the website.


Our application is available on six markets - Czech, Slovak, Austrian, Hungarian, Romanian and, of course, Polish. The key to our success on foreign markets is the individual work we perform on each of them. We quickly realized that the transfer of one-to-one activities from our home market to the local one would not bring the same results as those achieved in cooperation with our foreign teams. Their experience and creativity translate into the number of engaged users and a significant share of application sales in all markets - says Vladyslav Bartkovyak, who is responsible for cooperation with foreign markets in the mobile application team on a daily basis.

 


The implementation of new functionalities is ahead of us, because we are not slowing down and we want more - adds Przemysław Wiśniewski, Mobile App Development Coordinator at CCC. - Soon the application will include a 2D esize.me scanner, thanks to which our customers will be able to measure their feet - and thus remotely choose the perfect shoe size - without the need to visit the showroom.


The CCC mobile application is one of the most popular in Poland. It is in 7th place among shopping applications and 22nd among all applications available on Android. Its position on the App Store platform is equally strong. These results, as well as very good app ratings, show that users appreciate the quality, form of content and the purchasing process it offers. Further improvements and functionalities introduced by CCC are intended to strengthen this trend.
