CCC MOBILE APPLICATION ALREADY AVAILABLE IN AUSTRIA

CCC, the footwear sector leader in Central and Eastern Europe, has just launched its mobile application on the Austrian market. It is available on Google Play and will soon be available in the App Store. Austria is the fourth foreign market in turn, after the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, where CCC customers can use the mobile application. Another country in which the emergence of a new m-commerce channel is planned is Romania.

Austria is another country where we will develop the CCC application. In this market, we focus primarily on the development of e-commerce. Austrians are increasingly shopping online. Since April 2020, the online store ccc.eu has been operating in Austria, enjoying a growing interest of customers. The application complements the omnichannel sales model in line with the strategy of the -GO.22 Group. I am convinced that the inhabitants of Austria, like the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary, will quickly like the latest functionalities of the application, which improve the shopping experience on a daily basis - says Michał Pachnik, who manages the project of the mobile application. The CCC application makes it easier for customers to shop online thanks to the use of modern functionalities such as Visual Search - product search based on a photo (available on the iOS operating system, soon also on Android) or "Discover" (like / dislike) - searching by rating products available in the shop. The customer can also check the availability of products in stationery stores or find the nearest store. Users have access to the current promotional offer online and in stationery stores, while members of the CCC Club use the mobile version of their loyalty card. People who want to join the Club can register via the application.


At the end of June 2020, the CCC Group was present in 29 countries - in 23 through stationery stores, and in 17 via an online channel. The group has a total of over 60 online platforms across Europe: through the eobuwie.pl, ccc.eu, MODIVO, DeeZee, and Gino Rossi domains. In 2019, CCC customers purchased over 52 million pairs of footwear in all sales channels.
