Eobuwie.pl opens a new distribution center in Bucharest
The new logistics center will support the service on the key markets for the company: Romania, Bulgaria and Greece. In Bucharest, customers will have access to Same Day Delivery - same-day delivery. 1.5 million pairs of shoes will be stored in the distribution center, the first shipments will be delivered to customers in June 2021.
So far, to distribute products in Europe, the company used two logistic centers located in the headquarters in Zielona Góra. The investment in Romania is being carried out by a Belgian developer of logistics and industrial space. The building meets all pro-environmental standards. This is confirmed by the awarded EDGE ADVANCED certificate. - Romania is one of our most important markets. We have extensive experience in this, thanks to the implementation of active sales in 16 countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The advantage of the location is convenient access to Sofia and further to Athens. Bulgaria and Greece are also key areas for us. We want to guarantee even faster deliveries to customers from this part of Europe. From the new logistics center, the first parcels will be delivered to customers in June 2021. sq m. In the following years, the company plans to expand to 40 thousand. sq m using our own know-how, infrastructure and management standards.
