HalfPrice to launch in Latvia
The new off-price retail network is set to launch its operations in the market, offering a wide range of name-brand products at bargain prices of up to 80% off. HalfPrice, a CCC Group company, will offer clothes, footwear, accessories, cosmetics, toys, and homeware. The first store is to open in Riga in the first half of 2023. Latvia is yet another country where HalfPrice is launching its operations, with the chain already present in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, and Hungary.
‘The off-price concept is gaining popularity around the world. We hope it will delight customers in Latvia as well. As the country where we have been present for over 14 years now and where we offer our CCC, eapavi.lv and MODIVO products, Latvia is a key market for us. Now it’s time for a new member in the family, HalfPrice,’ says Adam Holewa, President of the HalfPrice Management Board.
The first store with an area of close to 1,600 square metres is to open in the Galeria Akropole Alfa mall.

HalfPrice is a new brand launched in Poland in early May 2021. Today, the chain is present in eight Central and Eastern European countries, operating through 89 stores.
‘We often say our concept has been designed with ‘bargain hunters’ in mind. Our stores sell single items at very attractive prices. So you need to hurry as your dream item may no longer be on the shelf the next day,’ says Joanna Czyżewska, Vice President of the HalfPrice Management Board, Sales.
HalfPrice is a member of the CCC Group, one of Europe’s largest footwear retailers. The Group operates through about 90 e-commerce platforms and almost 1,000 stores in 28 countries.
