Graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics.
Łukasz Stelmach gained many years of management experience in companies: EY (2002-2011), KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (2011-2020), KGHM TFI S.A. (2020-2021). At KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., he held the positions of Director of the Tax Department and General Director of the Accounting Services Centre. He assumed the position of Vice President of the Management Board for the Risk Management System at KGHM TFI. Previously he held the position of Chief Financial Officer at HalfPrice and also supervised the financial affairs of CCC Group’s foreign operations.
Łukasz Stelmach is a manager with nearly 20 years of experience in corporate finance, experienced in managing large, diverse human resources teams in an international environment (Europe, North and South America), including a shared services center. In his career, he has been responsible for both the financial reporting processes of an international listed group and the budgeting, controlling and liquidity planning as well as optimization processes.
