New spring-summer 2021 collections of CCC sports brands: Sprandi, Adidas, Puma, Reebok, Skechers, New Balance
The beginning of January is a great time to change habits that will make us feel even better, it is time for new resolutions, including sports ones. Shoes of the brands available at CCC: Sprandi, Adidas, Puma, Reebok, Skechers and New Balance - are also created to meet New Year's resolutions in them.
In order to motivate us to act even more, CCC has prepared a unique action. A number of activities take place on the brand's official profiles on social media, encouraging a healthier and active lifestyle. Among them, among others events under the #SprandiCCCChallange slogan, during which Mariusz Jakubowski (@jakubowskijakubowski) and Karolina Erdmann (@karolinaerdmann) show how to properly perform the exercise and what mistakes not to make. We are certainly motivated to move by the playlist by Natalia Kusiak (@nataliakusiak), full of spontaneous songs, live training with Karolina Erdmann (@karolinaerdmann) or classes on correct training with Katarzyna Żbikowska (@kasia_thinkandmove). And after all, for relaxation and rest, we invite you to meditation with Basia Tworek (basiatworek_ninjayogi) and classes on the preparation of a perfect, healthy cocktail with Kasia Kniola (@detoxikate).
All this will make us fulfill our New Year's resolutions even more willingly and more effectively. The CCC community collected on Instagram will allow each other to motivate each other to act and learn new techniques of exercise and adequate rest. Everything for body and mind.
