Robot Olaf starts working in CCC!

The CCC Group, in accordance with the adopted GO.22 strategy, implements digitalization and automation projects in the company, including business process robotization. In the company's headquarters, an OLAF robot has started working, which verifies the conformity of contractors' accounts with the numbers reported on the so-called White List (made available by the Ministry of Finance). In the near future it will also participate in data migration to SAP and sending financial correspondence. This is the first CCC robot prepared in UiPath technology and the next step in the Group's digital transformation leading to improving processes and improving profitability.

RPA provides minimization of errors and relieves high-class professionals of repetitive work that does not match their expert skills. This will enable employees to focus on more responsible tasks, which will also result in lower costs. Verification of contractors' accounts is the first robotization in the company. The robot's task basket also includes verification and completion of data for migration to SAP and mass correspondence management of invoices and settlement documents.

We started the implementation of robotization in the CCC Finance Department in Q3 2019. We have decided that we will implement it in UiPath RPA technology used for process automation. The selection of the supplier, process design, development and system testing took us less than 3 months. In the nearest future we plan to develop robotization in the Shared Services Centre in Polkowice, for which the Department for Steady Improvement will be responsible. - says Agnieszka Mielcarek, Financial Director of CCC S.
