Adrian Skłodowski

Manager and strategic advisor with nearly 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, capital markets, and oversight of value creation in publicly listed companies. Graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Economic Sciences, and Faculty of Management.

Between 2010 and 2025, affiliated with PKO BP Brokerage House, holding both analytical and managerial roles. As an equity analyst, was responsible for company valuations across multiple sectors and for the preparation of macroeconomic analyses. In the years 2016–2022, specialized in the analysis of consumer companies in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region, covering entities with a combined market capitalization exceeding PLN 180 billion, including Allegro, InPost, LPP, CCC, Dino, and Jeronimo Martins. He participated in IPO and SPO processes of companies such as Żabka, InPost, Allegro, Pepco, Dino, Shoper, and CCC, and also served as a Member of the PKO BP Bank Credit Committee for retail companies, taking part in decisions related to financing and credit risk assessment. From 2022 to 2025, held the position of Director of the Market Research Office, managing a team of 10 professionals and overseeing the systematic analysis of approximately 150 publicly listed companies. Awarded with the title of Best Retail Sector Analyst by Gazeta Giełdy Parkiet four times (2018–2021).

Since August 2025, has been associated with the Eurocash Group, where he acts as Director of Strategic Projects and Investor Relations, supporting the Management Board in designing a new business model and in the preparation of the Group’s strategy for 2026–2027. Since December 2025, has been a Member of the Extended Board / Executive Team, with responsibilities including the assessment of strategic directions, capital allocation, and oversight of strategy execution, including a cost optimization program with a value of approximately PLN 180 million.
