CCC mobile app GoesForMore! More than 7 million people are already using innovative technologies!

A smart trend search engine, visual search,, stories, a style tips blog, attractive promotions for club members, thousands of products, quick shopping and convenient and safe payments – all in one place. The CCC mobile application is among the most popular apps in Poland and Central Europe. To date, more than 7 million users have installed it on their smartphones.

An increasing number of customers – 7 million and counting – are using the CCC mobile app to make the buying a quick and smooth process. “Our app garners impressive ratings of 4.8 at App Store and 4.7 at Google Play, which demonstrates that the path we have chosen is the right one. We have reasons to be proud, because we are more visible than well-known global fashion brands,” says Norbert Mazur, Mobile App Performance Manager at the CCC Group.

Simple, fast and convenient

The success of the CCC app stems from both technological solutions and inspiring and engaging content. What is particularly important in building a positive customer experience is the consistent addition of new functionalities. At present, customers browsing through the items on their smartphones can, for instance, use the Visual Search tool to find products they are interested in by using photos upload by them, whereas allows them to try on shoes virtually. While shopping at a CCC store, customers can also scan the barcode to check whether shoes that come in their size are available at the nearby stores.

“We have made a lot of improvements because we pay close attention to what users say. A novelty we launched recently is a virtual gift card we can present to our loved ones. Shoppers can choose a convenient payment method such as BLIK, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We also offer the increasingly popular PayPo deferred payment option for both online and in-store purchases. The mobile shopping experience also features a virtual adviser. Soon, our app users will also be able to try on shoes in an online AR fitting room,’ says Natalia Tokarz, Mobile App Specialist at the CCC Group.

An app full of inspiration

The mobile application gives CCC customers access not only to a large and diverse product range and attractive special offers at the CCC Club, but also to interesting content. Each day they are flooded with inspiration or fashion tips from top stylists. The CCC Club Member Section features interesting interviews and information about upcoming events from the world of fashion. As the mobile app is available today in eight countries, the content is tailored for each one of them to match the preferences of local consumers.

“We want customers to spend with us as much time as possible, so the app content must fit their lifestyle and needs. One of the app’s new functionalities, that is relations, has become extremely popular with users. It shows, for example, how to combine our products with the most fashionable spring styles or how to buy more sustainably. In a moment, we will go one step further and tap into the latest Live Commerce trends.
