The network belongs to the CCC Group. - Development is one of our priorities and that is why we are glad that we are starting a new adventure. The off-price concept is becoming more and more popular all over the worldand we hope that our edition will delight Polish customers, and perhaps soon also consumers from other countries in the region. We have prepared ourselves well for this enormous undertaking and we are convinced thatthat it will meet with great interest - says Dariusz Miłek, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the CCC Group. This year, about 60 stationary stores of the new brand will be opened in Poland, and in autumn HalfPrice customers will also be able to shop online.

- We are opening a new chapter in the history of the CCC Group's operations. I believe HalfPrice will build in no timeand will consolidate its position on the market, and the Company will be guaranteed to conclude interesting partnerships and synergies that will pay off in the future. The business model of the network enables a consistent increase in the product base, which will provide high-quality assortment at attractive prices, adds Marcin Czyczerski, President of the Management Board of the CCC Group.

Already in May, customers will be able to visit HalfPrice in Lower Silesia Wroclavia, Galaxy in Szczecin, Galeria Północna in Warsaw, Galeria Korona in Kielce, Solaris in Opole, Galeria Platan in Zabrze, Galeria Warmińska in Olsztyn, Galeria Sarni Stok in Bielsko-Biała, Gemini Park in Tychy and Park Handlowy in Polkowice, where the concept was tested. - When creating HalfPrice, we used the potential and experience of the CCC Group. In accordance with the GO.22 strategy, we have been optimizing the CCC fixed network for a long time. We are reducing the number of stores under this banner, as well as their format to 500-800 m2, and at the same time we are working on making them more and more digital. This does not mean, however, that we give up lease. We allocate this commercial space, separated as part of the CCC restructuring, for HalfPrice. This will allow us to increase the revenue per square meter and provide our clients with a rich, interesting offer - says Karol Semik, Expansion Director of the CCC Group. - Our plans are ambitious, but we are convincedthat we will be able to implement them also thanks to attractive locations that we have chosen together with partners on the side of shopping centers. HalfPrice stores are an interesting modern concept that will make the offer of shopping malls even more attractive.

HalfPrice's brand collection will be constantly expanded. - Thanks to the scale of the undertaking, which is the opening of several dozen HalfPrice stores, customers can count on a very diverse offer - it will be supplemented several times a week. I am convinced that our portfolio will satisfy the tastes of even the most demanding bargain hunters, and that the clear and transparent layout of the store will favor satisfactory shopping - adds Joanna Czyżewska, HalfPrice Sales Director.

The opening of the new network is accompanied by an advertising campaign created by photographer Anton Gottlob and director Daniel Jaroszek. Many models, including Anna Jagodzińska, stood in front of the lens.

I am sure that "treasure hunting" will become a passion for many new and long-term loyal customers of the CCC Group - says Malwina Winter, Commercial Director of HalfPrice.
