Statement of the Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. regarding the conversion of 100,000 series A1 preference registered shares into ordinary bearer shares

The Management Board of CCC S.A. with its registered office in Polkowice ("CCC"), in reference to Current Report No. 29/2025 of April 15, 2025, hereby announces that on April 25, 2025, the Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. ("KDPW") issued declaration No. 373/2025, according to which on April 30, 2025, 100,000 registered shares of CCC, privileged as to voting rights, in such a way that each share carries two votes, series A1, marked with the code PLCCC0000032, will be converted into ordinary bearer shares marked with the code PLCCC0000164.
Upon conversion, the current total number of votes at the general meeting of CCC will be reduced from 83,675,894 votes to 83,575,894 votes. As a result of conversion to ordinary bearer shares, neither the amount of the share capital of CCC nor the total number of shares in the share capital of CCC have changed.
