The Management Board of CCC S.A. with its registered office in Polkowice (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer"), in connection with the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders convened for June 4, 2025, hereby announces that it has received a notification from the shareholder Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Topiel 12, 00-342 Warsaw, represented by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., of the nomination of Mr. Paweł Małysek as a candidate for a member of the Company's Supervisory Board.
The candidate's professional CV and application, received from the shareholder, are attached to this report.
The Issuer hereby announces that Mr. Paweł Małyska has submitted a declaration that he meets the criteria for an independent member of the Supervisory Board.
