Extension of credit facility term by the Company’s subsidiary

CCC S.A. of Polkowice (the “Company”) announces that the Company’s Management Board has become aware of the execution on 21 November 2025 by the Company’s subsidiary Modivo.com S.A. (formerly: Modivo S.A.) of an amendment to the multi-purpose credit facility agreement of 2 June 2021 (“MPCF”) with Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office at ul. Świętokrzyska 36, 00-116 Warsaw, Poland(as announced by the Company in Current Report No. 32/2021 of 2 June 2021, Current Report No. 49/2021 of 2 August 2021, Current Report No. 35/2022 of 7 November 2022, and Current Report No. 57/2023 of 21 November 2023). The amendment extends the availability of the MPCF, up to a total amount of PLN 180,000,000, for a period of approximately one month, i.e. until 19 December 2025, on substantially unchanged terms. The extension of the MPCF is necessary to enable the preparation of a further amendment extending its availability for another period, to be disclosed by the Company in a subsequent report.
