Extension of credit facility term by the Company’s subsidiary

With reference to the current report No. 58/2025 of November 21, 2025, CCC S.A. with its registered office in Polkowice (“Issuer”) announces that the Company’s Management Board has become aware of the execution on 19 December 2025 by the Company’s subsidiary Modivo.com S.A. (formerly: Modivo S.A.) of an amendment to the multi-purpose credit facility agreement of 2 June 2021 (“MPCF”) with Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office at ul. Świętokrzyska 36, 00-116 Warsaw.
The amendment extends the availability of the MPCF, up to a total amount of PLN 180,000,000, for a period of 18 November 2026, on substantially unchanged terms.
