Introduction of all series L ordinary bearer shares of the Issuer to trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange

The Management Board of CCC S.A. with its registered office in Polkowice (the "Issuer"), referring to the Issuer's current report No. 18/2024 of 6 June 2024, hereby announces that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the "WSE") by resolution No. 909/2024 of 12 July 2024 stated the admission and decided to introduce on 19 July 2024 to stock exchange trading on the main market all series L ordinary bearer shares of the Issuer, i.e. 5,878,535 shares (the "Shares"), with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, marked by the National Securities Depository (the "NDS") with the code PLCCC0000149.

Pursuant to the aforementioned resolution of the Management Board of the WSE the introduction to trading as of 19 July 2024 will be made subject to assimilation by the NDS on 19 July 2024 of the Shares with the Issuer's shares traded on the stock exchange under the code PLCCC0000016.
