The Management Board of CCC S.A. based in Polkowice ("Company", "Issuer") informs that on July 24, 2024, the Company received :
- A notification submitted by a member of the Issuer's Supervisory Board, Mr. Mariusz Gnych, about the donation of the Company's shares;
- notification submitted by a family foundation under the name of PERA Family Foundation - a person closely related to a member of the Issuer's Supervisory Board, Mr. Mariusz Gnych, about the received donation of the Company's shares.
The transactions made do not change the number of shares held in the Issuer by Mr. Mariusz Gnych and a related party.
