The change of the publishing date of the consolidated report for the first half of 2019

Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodical information

Pursuant to § 80 point 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities (...), the Management Board of CCC S.A. informs about changing the publication date of the consolidated periodic report for the first half of 2019. The report will be provided on 3 September 2019 (previous date is: 23 August 2019).

The above is justified by the increased scope of work for the settlement of transactions involving acquisitions in the first half of 2019.
