Appointment of Marcin Czyczerski as the President of the Management Board

The Management Board of CCC S.A. hereby informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company on March 8, 2019 adopted a resolution regarding the appointment of the current Vice President of the Management Board of the Company, Mr. Marcin Czyczerski as the President of the Management Board.

Mr. Marcin Czyczerski will serve the function of the President with the very moment of appointing Mr. Dariusz Miłek the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

A professional CV containing education, qualifications and positions held previously, along with a description of course of work experience is provided in the attachment.

Mr Marcin Czyczerski does not conduct operations outside the Issuer's group, and thus does not conduct any competitive activity in relation to the Company, nor is he a partner in a civil partnership, a private company and a company competitive to the Company and does not participate in a competitive legal person as a member of its body.

Mr Marcin Czyczerski is also not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
