Conclusion of the annex to the debt limit agreement

Management Board of CCC S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the “Issuer”) informs, that today, i.e. on 16^th December 2019, the Issuer has received the signed annex of 10th December 2019, to the debt limit agreement (limit on bank guarantees) of 4^th May 2011 with Bank BNP Paribas Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna  headquartered in Warsaw, at ul. Kasprzaka 10/16, 01-211 Warszawa (hereinafter referred to as: the “Bank”), referred to in the current report (CR) no. 55/2019 of 25^th October 2019.

Via this annex the limit has been extended up to the date of 30^th September 2021.

Other conditions have not changed significantly and do not differ from terms commonly used for this type of contracts.

The Issuer’s Management Board has decided to publish the aforementioned information due to the significant value of the agreements signed by Group with the Bank.
