The Management Board of CCC S.A., based in Polkowice (the "Issuer") hereby informs that on September 27, 2019, it received from the company ULTRO S.à r.l. notification of transactions pursuant to art. 19 paragraph 1 of of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the EU Council No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Regulation on market abuse).
