Conclusion of an annex to the credit agreement

Management Board of CCC S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the Issuer) informs, that on this date, i.e. on October 4th, 2019, it has received a signed annex to the limit agreement in the form of a bank guarantee of 25th September 2018, with Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the Bank) headquartered in Warsaw at ul. Grzybowska 53/57, about which the Issuer had informed in current report (CR) no. 46/2018 of 4th October 2018.
Pursuant to this annex, the Bank has increased the Guarantee amount up to the amount of PLN 15,588,000.00 (in words: fifteen million five hundred and eighty-eight thousand Polish zlotys) following January 1st, 2020, previous value: PLN 13,975,000.00 (in words: thirteen million nine hundred and seventy-five thousand Polish zlotys) and has extended its expiry date up to the date of April 15th, 2021 (previous expiry date: March 31st, 2020).
The remaining conditions were not subject to significant amendments and do not deviate from the commonly applicable conditions for this type of agreements.
The Issuer’s Management Board has decided to publish the aforementioned information due to the significant value of the agreements concluded by the Group with the Bank.
