Registration by the court of the change in the Articles of Association of the Company

The Management Board of CCC S.A. ("Issuer") hereby informs that today it received information,
in connection with the received decision of November 12, 2019, of the District Court for Wroclaw-Fabryczna in Wrocław, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register, on amending the Articles of Association on the basis of Resolution No. 3/EGM/2019 as of 26 September 2019 as described below:

• 20 of the Articles of Association has a new wording:

1. The Company's financial and tax year is a period of 12 consecutive full calendar months, beginning on 1 February of a given calendar year and ending on 31 January of the following calendar year.
2. Due to the change of the Company's financial and tax year, the Resolution No. 3/EGM/2019 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 26 September 2019 on the amendment of the financial and tax year and amendments to the Company's Articles of Association, the last financial and tax year of the Company determined in accordance with the rules in force before the entry into force of this resolution, ends on 31 December 2019, and the next financial and tax year of the Company will begin on 1 January 2020 and will last until 31 January 2021. Commencing from 1 February 2021, each subsequent financial and tax year of the Company will last for 12 consecutive calendar months and will end on 31 January of the following calendar year.”

Legal basis: § 5 sec. 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance as of 29.03.2018 on current and periodic information provided by the issuer of securities and conditions for recognizing  information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent.
