Cancellation of a member of the Management Board  of CCC S.A.

Acting in accordance with § 5 point 4 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities [...], the Management Board of CCC S.A. hereby informs that the Supervisory Board, on 17 January 2023, passed a resolution to dismiss Mr. Kryspin Derejczyk from his position as Vice President of the Management Board and at the same time from the Management Board of  CCC S.A.

Responsibilities from the financial and accounting area will be assumed by Mr. łukasz Stelmach, Director of Financial Supervision of Subsidiaries, who also serves as Vice President of Finance at Half Price Sp. z o.o. The financial and accounting area will be supervised on behalf of the Management Board by Mr. Marcin Czyczerski, President of the Management Board.
