The Management Board of CCC S.A. with its seat in Polkowice (hereinafter: the "Company"), with reference to the current report no. 27/2023 of May 12, 2023, informs that it received from the Shareholder Ultro S.a r.l. the submission of the candidates Mr. Marcin Stanko and Mr. Piotr Kaminski as members of the Company's Supervisory Board.
