The Management Board of CCC S.A. with its registered office in Polkowice (hereinafter: "the Company") announces that on 6 June 2023 Mr. Adam Holewa resigned from the function of Vice President of the Management Board of the Company and from membership in the Management Board of the Company, effective as of 12 June 2023.

The reason for the resignation is personal reasons.
