The appointment of Members of the Supervisory Board of the CCC S.A.

The Management Board of the CCC S.A. hereby informs that on June 12, 2023 the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders increased the number of the Company's Supervisory Board to six members and appointed:

1/ Mr. Marcin Stańko,

2/ Mr. Piotr Kamiński

of the Supervisory Board of the current term.    

According to the submitted statements, the appointed members of the Supervisory Board does not perform any other competitive activity in relation to the Issuer, does not participate in a competitive company, as a partners in a civil law partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company, and does not participate in another competitive legal person as a member of its body.

The appointed members of the Supervisory Board also stated that they were not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

The Company hereby encloses the CV of the appointed members of the Company's Supervisory Board.
