Information on conclusion by the Issuer of an annex to the agreement with the President of the Management Board of Modivo S.A. ("eObuwie") and extension of the term of performance of the investment commitment

The Management Board of CCC S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer), representing the majority shareholder of Modivo S.A. ("Company" or "eObuwie"), announces that the Issuer concluded an annex to the agreement with the President of the Management Board of Modivo S.A. Mr. Damian Zapłata (the "Manager"), about which the Issuer informed in the current report no. 57/2021 dated 7 September 2021 and in the current report no. 71/2021 dated 30 November 2021.

As a result of CCC's failure to obtain - by the date of the Annex - the necessary approvals of financial institutions, a) enabling the Manager's investment in new Modivo shares of the value and at the valuation originally indicated in the Agreement, and b) without the risk of breaching the financing agreements and accompanying security agreements binding on CCC

- the date of 30 March 2022 indicated in the Agreement is changed to 30 May 2022.
