Conclusion of an annex to the share purchase agreement with MKK3 spółka z o.o.

The Management Board of CCC S.A. based in Polkowice ("Issuer") hereby announces that on 21 December 2022, the Issuer and its subsidiary CCC Shoes & Bags sp. z o.o. concluded with MKK3 spółka z o.o. with its registered office in Zielona Góra ("MKK3") and its partners, with the participation of Modivo S.A. with its registered office in Zielona Góra ("Modivo"), an annex to the share purchase agreement of 31 March 2021, about which the Issuer informed in current report No. 15/2021 of 31 March 2021.

Pursuant to this annex, the validity period of the offer to acquire the remaining 5.01% of Modivo shares held by MKK3 (the "Put Option") has been amended so that it may be accepted during the period from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2026 (previous period: 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2025).
