Change of the publication date of the report for the III quarter of 2022

Pursuant to Article 80(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities (...), the Management Board of CCC S.A. ("Issuer") informs on the change of the publication date of the report for the III quarter of 2022 ("Report"). The Report will be published on 1 December 2022 (previous date: 23 November 2022, of which the Company informed in the current report No 2/2022 of 24 January 2022).

Postponing the publication of the report from the earlier change in the date of publication of the report for the first half of 2022 and significantly shortening the time available to prepare reporting information.
