Resignation of Mr Mariusz Gnych from the function of Vice-President of the Management Board

The Management Board of CCC S.A. with its registered office in Polkowice (hereinafter: "the Company") announces that on 11 January 2022 Mr. Mariusz Gnych resigned from the function of Vice President of the Management Board of the Company, effective as of 31st January 2022.

The reason for the resignation is the intention to stand for election to the Supervisory Board of CCC S.A. and to engage in the affairs of the Company from the level of the supervisory body.
