Dates of submission of periodical reports in 2022

Based on § 80 paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities (...), the Management Board of CCC S.A. announces the dates for the submission of periodic reports in 2022:
1. Separate and consolidated report for 2021: 20th April 2022.
2. Consolidated report for the first half of 2022: 5th October 2022.
3. Consolidated quarterly reports:
- Consolidated report for Q1 2022: 25th May 2022.
- Consolidated report for Q3 2022: 23rd November 2022.

Based on § 62 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities (...), the Management Board of CCC S.A. announces that the Company will not publish separate individual quarterly reports and a separate individual half-yearly report. Consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly financial information, and the consolidated semi-annual report will contain abbreviated semi-annual financial statements.

At the same time, the Management Board of CCC S.A. announces that the Company will not publish the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2021 and consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2022 in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2 of the Regulation.
