Conclusion of an annex to the framework agreement

Management Board of CCC S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the “Issuer”) informs, that on 3rd January 2020, the Issuer has received the signed annex of 30th December 2019, to the frame agreement of 14th November 2012 concluded with mBank S.A. headquartered in Warsaw, at ul. Senatorska 18 (hereinafter referred to as: the “Bank”).
The company informed about the conclusion of the aforementioned agreement with current report No. 56/2012 on 28th November 2012.
In relation to the annex conclusion, the Guarantee Line was made available until 9th November 2022, and the utilization period of the Line Limit expires on 9th November 2020.
Other conditions have not changed significantly and do not differ from terms commonly used for this type of contracts.
The Issuer’s Management Board has decided to publish the aforementioned information due to the significant value of the contracts signed by Group with the Bank.
