Cancellation of the Meeting of Bondholders convened for 30 April 2020

The Management Board of CCC S.A. based in Polkowice (hereinafter: "Issuer") hereby cancels the Meeting of Bondholders convened for 30 April 2020, of which the Issuer informed in current report No. 17/2020 of 8 April 2020.

The reason for the cancellation of the Bondholders 'Meeting convened for 30 April 2020 is the adoption by the Bondholders' Meeting on 22 April 2020 the resolution amending the terms of the bond issue, of which the Issuer informed in current report No. 22/2020.

Thus, the conduct of the Meeting of Bondholders on 30 April 2020 became pointless.
