Information about the last date of quotation of the rights to Series I shares and admission and introduction of Series I shares in CCC S.A. to trading

par. 17 Section 1 item 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by securities issuers and on the equivalence of information disclosures required by the laws of non-EU member states.

With reference to current report No. 41/2020 of 21 May 2020, the Management Board of CCC S.A. with its registered office in Polkowice (the “Company”) announces that on 22 May 2020 it received information that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE Management Board”) had adopted:

1/ resolution No. 380/2020 of 22 May 2020 on the last date of quotation of 6,850,000 rights to ordinary bearer Series I shares in the Company with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, designated by the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) with the ISIN code PLCCC0000099, which was set as at 28 May 2020.; and

2/ resolution No. 381/2020 of 22 May 2020 on the admission and introduction to trading on the main market of WSE of ordinary bearer Series I shares in the Company (the “Resolution”) pursuant to which the WSE Management Board had resolved to introduce to trading on the main market 6,850,000 ordinary bearer Series I shares in the Company with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each (the “Shares”) on 29 May 2020, provided that no later than on 29 May 2020 the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) registered the Shares and designated them with ISIN code PLCCC0000016.
