Change of the publication date of the standalone and consolidated report for the first half of 2020

Pursuant to Article 80(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities (...), the Management Board of CCC S.A. ("Issuer") informs on the change of the publication date of the standalone and consolidated interim report for the first half of 2020 ("Reports"). The Reports will be published on 30 September 2020 (previous date: 9 September 2020, of which the Company informed in the current report No 51/2020 of 24 June 2020. ).

The Issuer's Management Board emphasises that the decision to postpone the publication of the Reports was taken primarily due to time-consuming, ongoing settlements of annexes of lease agreements (in the context of IFRS 16 Leasing). The works are the result of completed renegotiations and, consequently, annexation of agreements with commercial space tenants, in response to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
