Statement of KDPW on the registration of Series I shares in CCC S.A. in the securities depository

par. 17 Section 1 item 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by securities issuers and on the equivalence of information disclosures required by the laws of non-EU member states.

The Management Board of CCC S.A. with its registered office in Polkowice (the “Company”) announces that it received a statement of 21 May 2020 from the National Depository of Securities S.A. (the “KDPW”) in which KDPW has informed of the execution of the registration agreement with the Company concerning the registration of 6,850,000 ordinary bearer Series I shares in the Company with a nominal value of PLN 0,10 each (the “Shares”) in the securities depository and designating them with ISIN code PLCCC0000016 (the “Statement”).

Pursuant to the Statement the registration of the Shares occurs under the condition of admitting the Shares for trading on the regulated market and will take place in relation to the closure of the accounts held for rights to Shares designated with the ISIN code PLCCC0000099, within 3 days of receipt by KDPW of the decision to admit the Shares for trading on the regulated market, and not later than on a day indicated in this decision as the day of the introduction of the Shares for trading on the regulated market.
