Conclusion of agreements with financing institutions

The Management Board of CCC S.A. based in Polkowice (hereinafter: "Issuer"), with reference to the current report no. 24/2020 informs that it received, today i.e. 24 April 2020, signed agreements on special conditions for maintaining financing (hereinafter: 'the Agreement') concerning total financial obligations of the Issuer and the Issuer's Capital Group with all banks, i.e. : BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A., Bank Millennium S.A., Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., mBank S.A., Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. Santander Bank Polska S.A., Santander Factoring Sp. z o.o., and Pekao Faktoring Sp. z o.o. as Creditors, which previously confirmed the provisions of the Agreement, and thus the Agreement entered into force.
