Signing annex to the significant contract

Art. 56 par. 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

The Management Board of CCC S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer) announces that on 17 November 2015 received a signed annex of 26 October 2015 with the Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, Puławska 15, 02-515 Warsaw, to the credit agreement in the form of a multipurpose credit limit dated on 28 October 2010, of which the Issuer informed in the current report No. 49/2010 dated on 29.10.2010.

This annex extended the period of granted limit and its using to 26 October 2017.
Other terms of the above agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreement.

The amount of equity accounts for contracts to be recognized as significant.
The total commitment of the PKO BP SA towards the Group CCC S.A. will amount to 120.000.000,00 PLN.

Legal basis: § 5 section 1 point 3 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19th February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of non-member states.
