The CCC S.A. (the Issuer) informs that on the 27.02.2015 received notice from the member of management, Mr. Leszek Gaczorek, about transaction of disposal of 300.000 shares of the CCC S.A. dated 24.02.2015, at price PLN 150,00. The transaction took place during the trading session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
