Pursuant to § 103 point 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities (...), the Management Board of CCC S.A. informs about changing the publication date of the consolidated interim financial statements for the first half of 2015. The report will be provided on 27 August 2015 (previous date is: 31 August 2015 as indicated in its Current Report 2/2015).
