Concluding the significant agreement by a subsidiary

The Management Board of CCC S.A. (hereinafter: The Issuer) announces that on 30th of October 2015 they received a notification from the CCC Germany GmbH, based in Frankfurt am Mein, the Squaire 13, Am Flughafen (The Issuer’s subsidiary), on receiving signed lease agreement dated on 29th of October 2015 with Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH, Taunusanlage 1, 60329 Frankfurt, represented by ECE Projektmanagement G.m.b.H & Co. KG based in Hamburg, Heegbarg 30, 22391 Hamburg. The subject of the contract is leasing retail space located in the Isenburg-Zentrum in Neu-Isenburg. The contract was concluded for a period of 10 years. The value of the agreement for that period shall amount to 16.417.000,00 PLN.

Over the last 12 months CCC S.A. has concluded, with the subsidiaries, the lease agreements with a ECE Group of a total estimated value of 136.758.000,00 PLN. Agreement of the highest value is the agreement described above.

Other provisions of the agreements described above do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreements.

The amount of equity accounts for the contract to be recognized as significant.

 

Legal basis: § 5 section 1 point 3 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19th February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of non-member states.
