Concluding the significant agreement

Legal basis: Art. 56 paragraph 1 point 2 of the Act on the offer - current and periodic information

The Management Board of CCC S.A. (hereinafter:  The Issuer) announces that on 27 March 2015 they received a notification from the Centrum Handlowe Polska  6 limited liability company Sigma limited partnership, based in Warsaw, at 5a Fabryczna Street, 00-446 Warsaw, represented by the ECE Projektmanagement Poland SP. z o.o., on 27 March 2015 on countersigning the lease agreement between CCC S.A. and the Centrum Handlowe Polska  6 limited liability company Sigma limited partnership (the agreement with the unit of ECE Group). The subject of the contract is leasing retail space located in the shopping centre Galeria Zielone Arkady in Bydgoszcz. The contract was concluded for a period of 10 years. The value of the agreement for that period shall amount to 11.500.000,00 PLN.
Over the last 12 months CCC S.A. has concluded, by the subsidiaries, the lease agreement with a ECE Group of a total estimated value of 60,000,000.00 PLN. Agreement of the highest value is the agreement concluded on  27.03.2015 which is described above.

Other provisions of the agreements described above do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreements. The amount of equity accounts for the contract to be recognized as significant.
