Art. 70(3) Act on Offering – General Meeting of Shareholders – the list of shareholders holding at least 5 % of votes

 
The Management Board of the CCC S.A. conveys the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of total votes on the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 24 June 2015.

1. Ultro S.A. (subsidiary undertaking of Dariusz Miłek), 15,100,000 votes (10,350,000 shares), constituted 49.10% of votes on the OGM and 33.52% of the total number of votes,
2. Leszek Gaczorek, 3,950,000 votes (2,200,000 shares), constituted 12.84% votes on the OGM and 8.77% of the total number of votes,
3. Aviva OFE AVIVA BZ WBK, 3,124,000 votes (3,124,451 shares), constituted 10.16% of votes on the OGM and 6.93% of the total number of votes,
4. ING OFE, 1,700,000 votes (1,700,000 shares), constituted 5.53% votes on the OGM and 3.77% of the total number of votes,
5. OFE PZU "ZŁOTA JESIEŃ", 1,700,000 votes (1,700,000 shares), constituted 5.53% of votes on the OGM and 3.77% of the total number of votes.
