Decision of the President of the UOKIK regarding consent on concentration conducting by the Issuer

The Management Board of CCC S.A. (hereinafter: The Issuer) announces that on 18th of December 2015 they received a decision No. DKK-213/2015 released on 18th of December 2015 by President of UOKIK (Office of Competition and Consumer Protection). After conducting antitrust procedures initiated on request of the Issuer – the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection gave his consent on concentration consisting in aquisition by CCC S.A. based in Polkowice control of eobuwie.pl S.A. based in Zielona Góra.
Due to written above the Issuer informs about fulfilment of precedent condition from the binding agreement concluded on 26th of August 2015 about which the Issuer informed in the current report No. 51/2015 dated on 26th of August 2015 and possibility of concluding between parties disposition agreements pursuant to which CCC will acquire 74.99% of the nominal capital of the Company and entitling to exercising 74.99% of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
