Pursuant to § 103 point 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities (...), the Management Board of CCC S.A. informs about changing the publication date of the consolidated quarterly report for the 1th quarter of 2015. The report will be provided on 7 May 2015 (previous date is: 15 May 2015; Current Report 2/2015).
