Signing of an annex to significant agreement

The Management Board of CCC S.A. (hereinafter: The Issuer) announces that on 23th of July 2015, an annex to the lease agreement of sales area in the Silesia City Center in Katowice from 24th of January 2005 between CCC S.A. and Helios SCC limited liability company with registered office in Katowice, 109a Chorzowska Street, 40-101 Katowice, represented by ECE Projektmanagement Poland Sp. z o.o was concluded. The annex extended the term of the lease to 2022 and changed the size of sales area and therefore the amount of rent. The value of the agreement for the period of 7 years shall amount to PLN 9,950,000.00.
Over the last 12 months CCC S.A. has concluded, with the subsidiaries, the lease agreements with a ECE Group of a total estimated value of 110,414,000.00 PLN. Agreement of the highest value is the agreement concluded on 27th of March 2015 about which the Company informed in Current Report No. 12/2015 dated on 27th of March 2015.
Other provisions of the agreement described above do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreements. The amount of equity accounts for the contract to be recognized as significant.
