Change in the significant agreement

Art. 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of CCC SA hereby informs that on 22 June 2015, the Company received the signed copy of the Annex dated on 28 May 2015 to the bank guarantee limit agreement of 31 March 2009 concluded with Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. with the registered office in Wrocław, Rynek 9/11, 50-950 Wrocław. The company informed about the conclusion of the above agreement in the current report No 11/2009 on 1 April 2009.

The annex has changed the duration of the limit till the day of 18 June 2016 (previous term: 18 May 2015).

Other provisions of the Agreement have not materially changed and do not differ from the market terms for this type of contracts.

The criterion for considering the agreement as significant is the amount of equity.

Legal Basis:

§5 act 1 point 3 of decree of the Minister of Finance date on 19.02.2009, on current and periodic information provided by issuer of securities and conditions for recognizing, as equivalent the information required by law of the state which is not a member state.
